Sinikka was born in Kirkcaldy, Scotland in 2002 to South African-Italian and Finnish parents. In 2006 she moved to Austria. Through ballet she developed a passion for performing; and at the age of 12 she started writing songs. In 2019 Sinikka Monte received The Joe Zawinul "Z" Award for her exceptional talent and passion for music.
